Is the Titan suitable for cafés or only offices?
Titan is designed for both — with a 100-cup daily output capacity and commercial-grade components, it performs in busy cafés, hotel lounges, and corporate offices.

Can I use non-dairy milk?
Yes, it supports fresh milk alternatives like oat or soy, but we recommend a flush after each session to avoid residue buildup.

Is water connection required?
Not necessarily. Titan supports a 2L or 8L tank, and can also be connected directly to a water source.

What’s the difference between Tiny and Titan?
Tiny is compact and home-friendly; Titan is a high-capacity machine built for commercial volume and greater drink variety.

How often does it need cleaning?
AYou can set it to clean automatically on a schedule — daily, weekly, or after every use. Manual cleaning is also simple and modular.
